Hoegaarden, pronounced WHO-GAR-DEN, the original white beer, takes it's name from the village of Hoegaarden, Belgium, where the brewing of white beer can be traced back to 1445. Hoegarden owes it's distinctively refreshing taste and naturally cloudy appearance to a traditional blend of malted barley, wheat and a subtle hint of coriander and orange peel. The result is a beer that's remarkably easy to drink yet incredibly flavorful. |
