A delicious triple, slightly hazy, golden-amber in color with a remarkable and everlasting rocky, lacy head. The aroma is pleasantly spicy with hints of tropical fruit. Highly carbonated and complex it has cotton candy, butternut, banana and pear flavors with a tart and peppery mouthfeel ending with a velvety smooth fnish with suggestions of mild hops and some citrusy sweetness. Sweet, yet balanced, with engaging floral qualities and great flavor overall. Pairs well with fish, poultry and fruit. |
